A gritty look at Hong Kong's seedy side - triads, prostitutes and corrupt cops being violent and miserable. Overly self-indulgent direction and camera work (just keep the bloody thing still), but with some decent parts. Found myself enjoying it more than I'd expected by the end. HK's South-Asian population gets short shrift as usual...
