Five Superfighters (1979)

An arrogant fighter goes around beating up kung fu teachers to "correct their bad kung fu". The students of one master decide they must avenge their teacher's beating... by leaving without a word of explanation to find other, hopefully better, teachers.
This is the sort of kung fu film the term 'chop-socky' was presumably coined to describe... just an excuse for a bunch of training and fight sequences. Fine if that's all you care about, but I do look for more myself.
The plot is clearly not a selling point here, and though it's a nice enough looking film it's not exceptional in any aesthetic sense... so really apart from the talented martial artists - not clear which five give the film its title - not a lot to recommend here. Passable enough though.
