The sequel to Chiba's Bond-esque Yakuza Deka proves to be just as much fun as the original, and exceedingly silly. The plot revolves around Chiba infiltrating a marijuana smuggling ring, but rarely seems to be making much effort to make sense.
The comedy is dopey and the action ridiculous - sadly relying less on Chiba's martial arts skills than prop guns most of the time, but still a blast.
