The second film in the Maiku Hama trilogy goes colour - and how! The cinematography and lighting are as stylish and dramatic as in the first film, but the colour goes well with the touch of heightened operatic grandeur that this film brings, as Maiku's personal life catches up with the professional.
A remarkable film that builds upon its noir predecessor and takes it to new heights, with striking visuals and a catchy soundtrack, plus another great performance by Masatoshi Nagase.
