Enchanting Shadow (1960)

A Chinese Ghost Story in a 1959 style is a far cry from the Tsui Hark/Ching Siu-Tung version. Instead of the madness and free-wheeling invention it is rather restrained in fact, but still features beautiful production values. The ending was a let-down though, being far too abrupt.
